ShieldNet is a lightweight, battery-friendly ad and tracker blocker for Android. It works at the network level using a local VPN — no root required. Once enabled it silently filters ads, malicious domains, and privacy-invading trackers across your entire device, including apps that have no built-in ad-free mode.
All filtering happens locally on your device using an updated blocklist of over 200,000 known ad and tracker domains. No traffic is routed through external servers — your data stays on your phone.
